Jeffrey M. Rubin, EdD, attended Columbia University New York, New York, and was awarded his Doctor of Education degree in 1986. His internship was completed with the Bureau of Child Guidance Mental Health Clinic. He is a certified forensic evaluator and is a provider of disability therapeutic and support services in New York State.
